White fused alumina

White fused alumina

Dense fused alumina is widely used in industries such as iron and steel metallurgy, petrochemicals, building materials, and ceramics. It is mainly used as refractory ramming mix for blast furnace iron troughs, ladle castables, ramming mixes, and prefabricated parts, as well as various shaped products such as continuous casting main components, porous bricks, and nozzle seating bricks. Compared with other lining materials, dense corundum offers higher temperature resistance, stronger erosion resistance, and longer service life, thereby reducing overall costs.
Brown fused alumin

Brown fused alumin

Brown fused alumina is mainly used in sandblasting and polishing, bonded abrasives, coated abrasives, ceramic production, silicon wafer cutting, marble grinding and polishing, and coating additives.
Green silicon carbide

Green silicon carbide

Green silicon carbide hardness is between corundum and diamond, and its mechanical strength is higher than corundum.
Glass beads

Glass beads

Glass beads, also known as glass microspheres or glass particles, are commonly used in the matte treatment of various stainless steel products, as well as for cleaning and grinding various molds. Glass beads used for filling have low thermal conductivity, high strength, good chemical stability, high temperature resistance, and good flame retardancy, and are widely used in filling applications, such as toy stuffing and weighted blanket filling.
Ceramic beads

Ceramic beads

Ceramic beads is a high-performance industrial material with zirconium oxide as its main component. It is mainly used for metal surface treatment and has high hardness, wear resistance and recyclability. It is widely used in shot peening, surface polishing and precision casting.
Boron carbide

Boron carbide

Boron carbide is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula B₄C. It is one of the three hardest materials (after diamond and cubic boron nitride), with a Mohs hardness of approximately 9.5. It is commonly used in tank armor, bulletproof vests, and many industrial applications such as wear-resistant materials, ceramic reinforcement, lightweight armor, and reactor neutron absorbers.

Dense fused alumina

Dense fused alumina

Dense fused alumina also called dense corundum, which is a high-grade refractory material with α-Al₂O₃ as its main crystalline phase and a grayish-white color. It is characterized by a high melting point, high bulk density, and low porosity. At high temperatures, it exhibits excellent wear resistance, slag resistance, volume stability, and thermal shock resistance, and is considered one of the better refractory raw materials in the corundum series.

Bubble alumina

Bubble alumina

Bubble alumina, also known as Alumina hollow spheres, is primarily composed of high-purity alumina. Characterized by superior high-temperature resistance, strong thermal shock resistance, and low density, these white hollow spheres are essential in metallurgy, chemical industries, and refractory manufacturing.
