Dense fused alumina is widely used in industries such as iron and steel metallurgy, petrochemicals, building materials, and ceramics. It is mainly used as refractory ramming mix for blast furnace iron troughs, ladle castables, ramming mixes, and prefabricated parts, as well as various shaped products such as continuous casting main components, porous bricks, and nozzle seating bricks. Compared with other lining materials, dense corundum offers higher temperature resistance, stronger erosion resistance, and longer service life, thereby reducing overall costs.
