Brown Fused Alumina
Brown fused alumina, also known as corundum, is mainly composed of alumina, ranging from 75% to 95%. Higher alumina content results in higher hardness. It is characterized by high purity, good crystallinity, strong fluidity, low coefficient of linear expansion, good toughness, and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in refractory materials, resin materials, bonded abrasives, and in grinding, polishing, sandblasting, and precision casting.
Henan Jiama produces brown fused alumina for fixed furnaces and tilting furnaces, producing flow sand (F24-F220 mesh) and brown fused alumina powder (240-3000 mesh) according to national standards. Custom production is also available to meet specific customer requirements.
